Early access Q2 2026

What we're building:

Intelligent intake automation

No more chasing clinicians for requirements. The AI agent handles triage, asks the right clarifying questions, and routes requests correctly.

Documentation & prep work

Committee slides, governance packets, status updates—prepared automatically based on your workflow patterns.

Works with your team, not instead of it

Your informaticists stay in control. The AI handles coordination overhead so they can focus on clinical expertise.

Thank you for visiting Tikva!

Tikva was founded to solve real operational problems in healthcare, specifically inside hospital informatics teams managing EHR optimization.

We spoke and built with physicians, nurses, hospital CIOs, informaticists and healthcare IT leaders across the United States and Canada. What we heard changed how we think about technology's role in medicine.

Physicians and nurses are frustrated. They're desperate to improve the systems they use every day and waiting months or even years for changes. We found informatics teams struggling to keep up, sitting on backlogs of thousands of these requests that could reduce frustration and give clinicians more time with their patients. The teams trying to work through these backlogs are often doing it with software built for other industries or in many cases, spreadsheets.

Tikva is no longer actively operating, but the work continues. We're staying close to the healthcare ecosystem and remain committed to the belief that technology can and should do more for the people delivering care.
